Classes

Pilates Mat

Mat pilates is a challenging full body workout with emphasis on the core. This class is done on the mat, utilizing several props including balls, bands, rings, weights and more. Recommended for new clients and is the best way to progress your pilates practice. Use of all equipment and mat work in a 55 minute session.

Semi-Private

Two clients work with one instructor. The instructor will individualize the session to meet each client's workout level and goals.

Trio

A pilates session with three clients and one instructor. Equipment such as the reformer, chair, mat work and props are utilized during the hour session.

Quad

Four clients and one instructor use the reformer, chair, mat work and use of props during an hour session.

BarreAmped

BarreAmped is an intense body shaping experience designed to produce reliable results, no matter the client. The method is influenced by classical and modern dance (though it is not a dance class) and utilizes a barre to achieve optimal positioning. Insights from pilates, yoga and orthopedic stretching also balance the method's unique approach. The precision oriented technique focuses mainly on small, isolated movements within deeply held and challenging postures. BarreAmped is proven to increase metabolism, burn fat and lengthen tight muscles.

BarreAmped Fire

A class that relies heavily on the client's proven technique, flexibility, and strength. Full range of motion, quick transitions, elements of cardio and advanced dynamic stretching are used throughout the class.

BarreAmped Extreme Cardio

This class activates the thighs, seat, upper body and core muscles. During the cardio portion of the class, a Tabata specific and plyometric exercise is used to burn fat!

What is Tabata?

Izuma Tabata technique uses 20 seconds of intense exercises followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 4 minutes (8 cycles).

BarreAmped Boot Camp

BarreAmped Bootcamp uses the classic foundation of BarreAmped combined with cardio intervals. A heavy leg based class interspersed with floor and core work. This class is for all levels and is designed to burn fat and boost your metabolism!!

TRX Cardio Fusion

The TRX training workout is suspension training based exercise. You will experience a total body functional workout where controlling the intensity of exercises can be adjusted on an individual basis. TRX builds strength, balance, and flexibility and burns fat. TRX will help you reach your fitness goals!! Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. This interval class will work your core through cardio intervals and weights and help with flexibility.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body. Restorative yoga poses are beneficial to your entire body!
