Pilates Mat 


Mat pilates is a challenging full body workout with an emphasis on core. This class is done on the mat, utilizing several props including balls,bands,rings, weights,and more.

This class is perfect for all fitness levels and will leave you feeling long, strong,and energized!

Private Sessions

A one-on-one session with instructor ensures that your individual needs and goals are met. Private sessions are 

recommended for new clients and are the best way to progress your pilates practice. Use of all equipment and mat work in a 55 minute session.


Two clients work with one instructor. The instructor will individualize the session to meet each client's workout levael and goals.


Three clients and one instructor with use of reformer, chair, mat work, and use of props.


Four clients and one instructor with the use of reformer, chair, mat work and use of props.


BarreAmped is an intensive body shaping experience designed to produce reliable results, no matter the client. The method is influence by classical and modern dance(though it is not a dance class) and utilizes a barre to achieve optimal postioning. Insights from Pilates, yoga,and orthopedic stretching also balance the method's unique approach.

The precision-oriented technique focuses mainly on small, isolated movements within deeply held and challenging postures. BarreAmped is proven to increase metabolism, burn fat, and lengthen tight muscles.  

BarreAmped Fire

 It relies heavily on the clients's proven technique, flexibility, and strength.Full range of motion moves, quick transitions, elements of cardio and advanced dynamic stretching. 

BarreAmped Extreme Cardio

This class works the thighs, the seat, upper body and core. During the cardio portion, we implement a Tabata specific/plyometric exercise designed to burn fat!

What is Tabata?

Izuma Tabata that uses 20 seconds of ultra-intense exercises followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 4 minutes (8 cycles)

BarreAmped Boot Camp

BarreAmped Bootcamp uses the classic foundation of BarreAmped combined with cardio intervals. A heavy leg based class interspersed with floor and core work. This class is for all levels, is designed to burn fat and boost your metabolism!!

TRX Cardio Fusion

The TRX training workout is a suspension training. You will experience a total body functional workout where you control the intensity of the exercises. TRX builds strength, balance, flexibility, and burns fat. TRX will help you reach your fitness goals!! Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. This interval class will work your core, cardio intervals, weights and stretch

Restorative Yoga

 Restorative Yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body. Restorative yoga poses and beneficial to your entire body!
